Introduction
Despite new technologies and digital resources making up an ever increasing amount of
educational materials schools are accessing, our approach to copyright in schools remains
bound by the realities of licensing. However, recent legislative changes belatedly recognise
the need for flexibility in copyright law in response to a digital world
